Permeability

Stable Air bubbles are tiny and evenly distributed and since they don’t break, they form a closed cell structure. The result is impressive impermeability even with high air content.

Stable Flow, with 76% Stable Air is 480 kg/m3 and has the same permeability as average permeability concrete (1 x 10-6 cm/sec).

At 27% air (1766 kg/m3) Stable Air concrete has the same permeability as low permeability concrete (1 x 10-8 cm/sec).
